Mugling is a small town in the Chitwan district of Central Nepal. It is situated at the intersection of Prithvi Highway and Madan Ashrit Highway, also known as Mugling- Narayanthan Highway. The total distance between Kathmandu and Mugling is 77 km. Depending on the road traffic, it will take about 2 hours to reach there from Kathmandu, situated at the Trishuli riverside.
Mugling is a crucial stop on the way to Pokhara or Chitwan and other areas of western Nepal. This transitive town is the busiest highway with hundreds of restaurants, stalls, and shops with hundreds of people hovering around the place. This town is always lively as thousands of people surround it despite being day or night. Because of it, this town is also known as the town that never sleeps. It is a must-stop place for everyone in or out of the Kathmandu valley.
